iWitness is an app designed to allow your select citizens to be your eyes and ears in the community.  Citizens who have downloaded the app can send photos, GPS coordinates, and messages to their local law enforcement agency. Download of this app is controlled and monitored by the agency.  A link may be placed on the agency website that allows citizens to request to download the app. CommCenters will assist the IT Department in setting up.

iWitness is an app that allows citizens to send GPS coordinated maps and photos with messages to your dispatch. A speech to text capability is available for convenient texting. 










This message will ap pear to a citizen when they are reporting an incident outside of the agency’s jurisdiction, thus preventing needless information from being reported to the dispatch.
