LE Field Reporting App

Incident, Accident & Supplemental Reporting and Evidence Tracking


The LE Field Reporting App is an app used by law enforcement to complete Accident, Incident, and Supplemental reports in the field.  Drop down menus and speech to text are integrated to save time.  The app has other features, such as Law Enforcement Guide and 10 Codes, to provide law enforcement with additional information they may need. There is an SOS Alert button available on every page of the app. Pictures, video recording, or sound recording may be uploaded with the report.


Using the LE Field Reporting App allows information to be gathered immediately, thus increasing the accuracy of the information. Reports are uploaded from the Android devices to a secure web server.  Reports can be accessed only by authorized personnel  of the agency with a web login and password.  Reports are available in a flat file and can then be uploaded to your own software records program.


LE Field Reporting App is currently available to Android users only.















This is the main screen of the app.  From here, select the Menu Form, record sound, record and/or upload a picture or video, view Google Maps, or send completed reports to the server. Below the Menu Form is the option to send out an SOS alert to all chosen contacts in your agency.

    SMS Message allows a user to send a text message from their device to another device in their agency contact list. They can also attach a picture or send their GPS location.  A speech to text typing option within SMS Message allows for hands free texting. 

    Office Notes displays messages which have been posted by agency personnel for device users in their entity.

     The Law Enforcement Guide is a library which contains relevant criminal and traffic code sections, Miranda Warning, and Implied Consent notices.

    Incident, Accident, and Supplemental Report Forms are forms that are completed with drop down and free form input capabilities.  Speech to text typing is available for any free form text box.  Reports can be saved and uploaded, and accessed at a later time.


This is the screen shown after selecting SOS Alert.

    Selecting Transmit SOS Alert will notify all predetermined device users that the sender is in distress and deliver a GPS location. Those in your contact list will receive three text messages. If

location or GPS reception changes, another text message with your new location will be sent.

    The GPS coordinates in yellow at the top of the screen shot indicate that the location is not fixed.  Green GPS coordinates indicate a fixed GPS status.


This is the screen of the Accident Form.  Clicking the down arrow in a text box will display options to choose from. Clicking on a free form box will display a keyboard with the speech to text option.

As a bonus feature, we have also added Evidence Tracking.











With this program you can scan barcodes.






















Barcodes can be linked to the digital tracking number, case number, and other descriptive information.
